2455 Overland Avenue is a six-story, mixed-use residential development located in the Rancho Park neighborhood of West Los Angeles, featuring 201 residential units-including studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments-along with eight two-story townhomes and approximately 6,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Developed by GPI Companies and designed by MVE + Partners, the project offers modern podium-style architecture with amenities such as a rooftop deck, podium-level pool, co-working spaces, a club room, and a fitness lawn. As part of the larger redevelopment of the former Westside Pavilion area, this project adds high-density urban housing adjacent to UCLA’s expanding bioscience and office corridor, with subterranean parking and walkable access to transit and services.
