800 Western (Western Station) is an eight-story mixed-use residential development located at 800 S. Western Avenue in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project includes 230 residential units, offering a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, with 23 affordable units designated under the Transit-Oriented Communities program. The development features approximately 13,300 square feet of ground-floor retail and amenity space, integrated with the restored historic Pellissier Square Garage, a 1930s Art Deco structure now repurposed for parking and rooftop amenities. Built with a podium-style structure-three levels of concrete topped by five levels of wood framing-the building stands out with its contemporary design and prominent corner balconies.
