The common areas are conditioned by high efficiency split DX Heat Pump System. IDF and trash rooms air conditioned by the Ductless Mini Split Systems. Corridors are served by Roof Top supply and exhaust fan systems. Stair pressurization system includes supply fans and barametric relief air penthouses. The below grade parking levels are equipped with garage exhaust and supply fans controlled by an Integrated Carbon Monoxide Detection System.
