Design & Construction of a multi-story reinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) building conforming with Zone 4 seismic standards. Multi-story 192 two-person rooms with unit kitchenette, storage closets, and private bathroom, recreational lounges with kitchen which may serve as internet cafe and learning center, administrative offices, multipurpose rooms, laundry facilities, housekeeping rooms, public bathrooms & telecommunications room. P686 BEQ & Parking Structure: Multi-story 192 two-person rooms with unit kitchenette, storage closets, and private bathroom, recreational lounges with kitchen which may serve as internet cafe and learning center, administrative offices, multipurpose rooms, laundry facilities, housekeeping rooms, public bathrooms & telecommunications room. and Design and construct a multi-level reinforced concrete vehicle parking structure for BEQ residents and staff.
