HVAC SYSTEM: There are two 500 ton central plants located on the 25th and 42nd floors that include closed circuit cooling towers that are controlled by variable frequency drives and 95% efficient condensing boilers to maximize system efficiency. The central plants serve vertical stack heat pumps located in each suite and the amenity areas. The all air exhaust system is comprise of two, variable speed controlled, 150,000 cfm supply fans and individual exhaust fans serving each floor.
