Platform One Market Hall – UnCommons, Las Vegas is an 18,000 sq ft, two‑story neighborhood-style food hall nestled within the 40-acre UnCommons mixed‑use campus in southwest Las Vegas. Developed by Matter Real Estate Group and designed by Gensler, Platform One brings together 20 culinary concepts and artisans, including notable local chefs like Roy Ellamar, Claudia Andracki, Jessica Perlstein, and Geno Bernardo. The food hall features a curated layout with shared kitchens, individual vendor stalls, and an upper‑level private events space, all inspired by Las Vegas’s 1904 railroad heritage and built to foster connectivity and community. While the initial concept shifted over time, the design intent aimed to deliver a vibrant, walkable culinary destination integrated within a larger live-work-play environment featuring offices, residences, event spaces, and retail support.
