Fanatics Tenant Improvement

The Fanatics TI is located in Building # 2 at Northgate Distribution Center. This is a tenant improvement that includes the office build-out as well as the warehouse and manufacturing areas for e-commerce warehouse and distribution facility for licensed sports apparel.

HVAC SYSTEM: The Building is 420,000 square feet of space and includes 12,000 square feet of Mezzanine and 85,000 square feet of offices. HVAC system includes (45) roof top units ranging 25-30 tons, relief fans, DDC Controls, and Computer Room A/C systems. A helicopter was used to place the Roof Top Units.
