Cal Poly Humboldt
UC San Diego Ridge Walk North Living & Learning Neighborhood is a 972,000-square-foot mixed-use campus development consisting of four high-rise buildings (A, B, C, and E) providing housing for over 2,400 undergraduate students. Located at Thurgood Marshall College, the project also includes academic and student support spaces such as classrooms, a Basic Needs Center, E-Sports Center, and campus dining. Designed as an all-electric, LEED Gold-targeted project, it features sustainable systems, high-performance materials, and extensive sitework including pedestrian plazas and landscaped courtyards. As a major addition to UC San Diego’s housing portfolio, Ridge Walk North enhances campus density, functionality, and student life infrastructure.
