Project Abby

Project Abby facility located on the NW corner of Merrill Ave & Vineyard Ave in Ontario, CA. The proposed building is a multi-story warehouse facility which covers 823,103 square feet. Internally, the facility is comprised of a large ground-floor office, ground floor warehouse space, and 4 elevated robotics-occupied sortation floors.

HVAC SYSTEM: HVAC systems includes (107) roof top units ranging from 3~25 tons, smoke relief fans, DDC Controls, and MDF Computer Room CRAC systems. (198 Ton) VRF System, (79) split system heat pumps, (5) Energy Recovery Units ranging from 4.5~25 Tons. Ductwork with insulation, warehouse drum diffusers, and air distribution devices. Overall (226) pieces of HVAC roof top equipment were lifted using a helicopter on this project.
