This new ground‑up project comprises a fully developed steel processing and distribution hub occupying a multi‑acre pad adjacent to key logistics infrastructure such as USA Parkway and rail‑serviced corridors. Designed to serve industrial tenants within TRIC, the facility features tilt‑up concrete construction, high bay clear heights, secure outdoor storage, and ample trailer and employee parking tailored to meet heavy industrial zoning requirements. As part of our trade work scope, the project underscores our experience contributing to industrial-scale developments that demand precision coordination and robust build standards.
