HVAC SYSTEM: The Building is 813,000 square feet of space and includes 20,000 square feet of Mezzanine and 15,000 square feet of offices. HVAC system includes (63) roof top units ranging 25-30 tons, relief fans, DDC Controls, and Computer Room A/C systems. A helicopter was used to place the Roof Top Units.
