HVAC SYSTEM: Central plant includes (2) each 600 tons Centrifugal Chillers, (2) each 600 tons roof mounted Cooling towers, 13 Air Handling units and 38 fan-coil units with total air capacity of 625,000 cfm, chilled water, hot water and condensing water piping with insulation, 380,000 LB of double wall ductwork, underfloor air distribution system in the theater with sound criteria of NC level under 20, plumbing fixtures, hot and cold domestic water piping, DDC controls and commissioning achieving LEED Gold level.
