Each suite unit is outfitted with high efficiency vertical fan coils with electric heat, central bathroom ventilation system, kitchen make up air and exhaust ventilation system, power generator exhaust and fuel supply, laundry ventilation system, back of the house improvements, DDC controls in compliance with Marriott Design and Installation Guide.
