Field Quality Control Manager – HVAC Construction

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field inspections and enforce quality standards
• Review drawings, submittals, and verify compliance
• Identify and correct workmanship issues
• Coordinate testing, balancing, and final inspections
• Work closely with field teams, superintendents, and project managers

• 5+ years HVAC field experience (Foreman/Superintendent background preferred)
• Strong understanding of ductwork, piping, and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer at Atlas Mechanical Inc. The Project Engineer will be responsible for communication, project management, project engineering, project planning, and electrical engineering tasks. This role is located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HVAC systems and construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
