Employment:

Project Managers:

Wet and Dry sides: 5-10 Years experience managing multiple projects of all sizes including commercial, light commercial and residential. Some Type V experience preferred. Establish project objectives; maintain liaison with clients, monitor and control construction to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget. Must be able to manage all financial aspects to protect the company’s interest while maintaining a good relationship with the client. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques in order to maximize employee performance. Have a working knowledge of various construction disciplines scheduling, safety regulations, cost controls engineering drawing and other documents as required.

Foremen:

Qualified in all facets of the HVAC trade. Able to take charge and get the job done safely and on time. Must be able to provide leadership to their craft specialty as well as train other company personnel as the need arises. Should have the ability to evaluate craft performance and document it.

Installers:

Must be able to install a variety of sheet metal products in a timely manner in accordance with specification. Must have the tools of the trade and the ability to work under limited supervision. Able to train others in the trade as needed. Some limited travel is available to those who wish to do so.

Pipefitters:

Must be able to install a variety of piping products from copper tubing to large diameter pipe in a timely manner in accordance with prescribed specification. Must have the tools of the trade. Ability to train others in the trade as needed and to work under limited supervision.
