HVAC Service Technician
Atlas Mechanical is seeking a self motivated HVAC Service Technician. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in servicing residential, commercial, and light industrial equipment. Must be able to respond to emergency calls and travel out for short period of times to needed jobsites. Expereince in start-up of heatpumps, watersource equipment, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, VAV’s, VRV’s, split systems, and packaged units is a must. Valid driver’s license with the ability to be registered to drive on military installations and the ability to pass a background check.
HVAC Project Manager
Atlas Mechanical, Inc., a San Diego based privately owned MECHANICAL Sub - Contractor, is seeking an experienced HVAC PROJECT MANAGER who has both dry and wet side HVAC experience. Person should be able to work independently and handle all project responsibilities from doing the buyout, processing submittals, processing RFI, billings, managing labor, and doing close outs.
Candidate must have 5-10 years experience managing projects in the 1 to 5 Million range. A focus on commercial and military housing project such as schools, universities, condominiums, restaurants, government facilities and office buildings is preferred. Computer experience is needed.
